These guys were awesome! So I went in to look for a new Juke or Rogue for myself. Joe Ruiz was the first man to meet me at the door when I came in. He greeted me with all sincerity and was willing to answer all of the questions I had, he took care of my needs. Once I had asked all of my questions, he took all of my information over to Ben Rosenberg. Trading in a vehicle is never easy because it's your baby, but Ben Rosenberg was the one who came to look at my vehicle to trade in. We took a drive around the block, and came back so Joe and Ben could look over their numbers to see what they could do for me. Trying to get me the best deal for my trade in, and for the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately I couldn't walk out with a new car, but both Joe and Ben provided me with some tools to help me obtain it in the near future. I would so recommend working with these guys, it was the best experience I have ever had. They have commendable customer service and I didn't feel like they were trying to swindle me into a new car. They weren't pushy and I love it. They treated me as family. Thank you!! More
