I purchased a new Kia Optima SXL. Mike T did a very nice job of helping us to assess our needs and then listening to what our expectation was for our new car. Steve then, with our interests in mind, got us job of helping us to assess our needs and then listening to what our expectation was for our new car. Steve then, with our interests in mind, got us the best car at a great price. Steve also made sure we received all incentives that were available. Both Mike and Steve made the process run smoothly. We also found that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Mike contacted me the next day to set up a service appointment that was convenient for me. The part was ordered and the car was back to me in perfect working condition within 24 hours. We highly recommend the Thomas Kia of Highland sales and service staffs. Thank you. More
False advertisment, bait & switch sales tactics, nobody communicates w/ each other. We drove 2hrs to dealership for car listed as auto: it was manual. Suggest you keep driving past this dealership. *************** Although the experience AT the dealership was very unpleasant, we were in contact with another Dealer Representative outside of the sales room and she was AWESOME! She did very well to make amends for the bad show room experience. Wish we had her when we arrived at the dealership as I would buy all of my cars from HER! ************************************* More
I went to this dealership to look at a kia soul they had listed online for 15800. when i got to the dealership dionna approached my husband and i and asked if we needed help. when i explained why i was ther listed online for 15800. when i got to the dealership dionna approached my husband and i and asked if we needed help. when i explained why i was there she said they didnt have any kias at that price. i pulled up the website found the car and it was on the lot listed for over two grand more same vin number and all. she said it was because that was the price if you qualified for discounts. i explained to her that there was a different kia closer to me for cheaper and i was going to just go there. she insisted her kia was a plus model and that part of the higher price was because of pinstriping! really 800 more for a pinstripe?? (the car was a base model she had no idea) i drove forty five minutes to look at a car 2 grand more than what it was supposed to be so i went to leave. when steve approached me and said hed match the price and give me a good deal i agreed to purchase a vehicle. the deal was i would have ended up paying 15200 after taxes. i was there for seven hours dealing with this. so we talked and my payments they said would be no more than 300. i signed the paperwork and was talking to the finance guy. that guys office was seriously fifty degrees in there. i couldnt feel my hands or my feet when i left. i told him several times it was an icebox and they didnt do anything about it! he even had a fan on! after talking to him my payments were 346 a month and the car ended up costing me 19875!! and that was after a thousand dollar discount for financing through kia! needless to say i was upset! i also had to wait for them to buff out the scratches on the car with eight miles! it has now been 26 days and i have not even gotten any paperwork from them! my temporary plates expire in two days and they are still processing my paperwork!!!! needless to say im not a happy camper with this specific dealer and their team! I have recommended Thomas Kia to everyone that has discussed my new car purchase since I brought it home. I have a 2013 Soul and absolutely LOVE it. I will be purchasing a future Kia from Thomas Kia in Highland when I am ready to trade in this one. More
Joby was very friendly and was willing to work with me. The test drive was good. The only thing that I noticed was when I had an alarm installed, They should of showed me how to use all of the features. Jo The test drive was good. Joby did show me the basics but I had to read the manual which was hard to follow. and whoever installed the alarm, didn't fill out the check list in the manual on the last page. which tells what was installed. Joby, Steve and Ronko were all "tens". I would recommend this dealership. More
As soon as we drove up to the dealership Joby greeted us at the door. He was the most presentable salesman there. There was no pressure to buy.
