Aug 11th we bought the car I was in a fender bender and noticed the car has been in a previous accident. I was NOT aware. Paid for it to be fixed out of pocket. Took it to Tennessee The air and the breaks went out while we were down there. Paid to have just the breaks at that time because they told me the a/c was covered under warranty. But the time I got home 2 weeks later my axle broke. They fixed it. I had it back and 2 days later (today) the Windows will NOT go BACK up. And the door locks are messing up. This is the WORST car I have ever had and it was the only one I've ever bought off an actual car lot. Never once has Thomas kia of highland ever asked how to make my experience better. They dont care what happens after u buy their cars. More

Rude managers horrible wait time I bought a car from Kia and they tried charging me $3000 more than the sticker price saying they put the wrong sticker on the car. Every time I try to get my free car wash it takes over an hour. They gave me my oil change and forgot to reset something then when I came back they told me it would take five minutes and they were sorry they made a mistake but then after an hour they sent me to another dealership bc they said they didn't know how to fix the issues. When a sales man shook my hand his cigarette smell rubbed off on my hand and after washing my hands twice I still smelled like cigarettes. More
