Used 2008 VW Jetta disaster Purchased car in Aug 2016. First oil change watched the tech strip my oil plug because he did not use a torque wrench. (Saw it through window) Argued Purchased car in Aug 2016. First oil change watched the tech strip my oil plug because he did not use a torque wrench. (Saw it through window) Argued but was told that was not true. Had to pay 300 for a new OEM part only to find out 6 mo later it was an after market one. (VW Dealer in Lafayette showed me the difference and I double checked on line.) Dealer said part was fine, I found it was worth about 1/3 the cost of OEM part from VW, Last week I tried to change the rear brakes. I was able to get the caliper off and to my shock there were no pads. When I say no pads I mean none. I was told there was a full inspection and all the brakes were good. Got the shoes and disc changed finally. Battery went bad in 3 months. Both headlights needed changed in 6 months. Now the emergency brake is frozen up. I understand it is a used car, but that is why I went to a dealer so the inspection would be done. I also asked for someone to call me 9 months ago about 3-4 times. I did get an e-mail that stated someone would call, but no one ever did. I have purchased used cars for years and have never had this type of issue. THe worst part is the car was for my daughter and I feel like I had put her life in danger after seeing there were no rear brakes. If I cannot get the e brake fixed my next stop is the BBB and AG office, More

After the recent strikes going on in my local Kia dealership (Calumet This location was absolutely the best experience I have had at any dealership!! After the recent strikes going on in my local Kia dealership (Calumet City) I decided to come in to this one in Schererville, and I don't regret it at all!!! They were very helpful and welcoming! KIM was absolutely amazing!! She really help to explain and show me what needed to be done to my car and she was extremely friendly!!! The amount of wait time wasn't bad either and they really took time to check my car completely out unlike the one I bought my car at, I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for my future maintenance work and ditching the one in Calumet City. THANKS TO THE AWESOME STAFF!! More

Seem to be hiding something about their warranties Online I saw a lot of people complaining about this dealership not honoring their Lifetime Warranty Forever or being told one thing by the salesperson Online I saw a lot of people complaining about this dealership not honoring their Lifetime Warranty Forever or being told one thing by the salesperson and it being described differently in contract. Their website had fine print under the Lifetime Warranty Forever copy that read "restrictions apply, see contract for details" I emailed and asked for a copy or link to these restrictions and details and was told they would email it. After giving my email they told me they couldn't send it but had to explain it. I told him that I would prefer to read it and then they could explain if I had any questions. They then told me there was nothing to send because "there are no fine print". Realizing I was being given the runaround I asked for the owners email address. Instead I got response from the General Manager, Tom Seely, who basicly told me I was undeserving of respect. All this just for trying to find out what "restrictions apply" and asking to "see contract for details" More

Mo was laid-back and down to earth, and made the whole process not only simple, but about as fast as I could imagine. Also, he got me a great deal on a used but basically new (28mi under previous owner) 2016 Soul. After that, Matt was also very personable and did an excellent job in making all the multiple options of coverage comprehensive and succinct. Overall, a very pleasant and fulfilling experience. The old image of salespeople being "sharks" goes out the window here. Great staff, great cars. 5* More
