Mark, You did take advantage of our LifeTime warranty on the engine/powertrain but brakes are a wear item and are not covered on any warranty. Mark, we are a very good dealership with good people that do strive to provide great service every time. I do believe there are always two sides to every matter and with a high mile, older car there are issues that pop up. I wish everyone could buy brand new vehicles with full bumper to bumper warranty but realize some folks want to save money on cars 7 to 10 years old. I know I reached out to you months ago but on Monday please give my service mgr a call at 219.934.2266 Mr.Burks. I'm sure we can figure this out, is that fair?

I totally understand that brakes are a wear item the issue was that there were not any brake pads at all on the car. (They were completely missing.). Also I noticed you did. Or even comment on the new oil pan and plug I overpaid on. I supposedly waited over an hour for the pan to come from VW and the pan was not a VW pan or plug. Not going to argue, I just want people to be aware of the things to look for at your shop. Just an FYI that my oil change took 4 hours 2 of that was waitin. For an oil filter. My only wish was that I recorded the technician stripping my oil plug by over tightening it. Then lying and me getting to pay for it. Again I am not looking for money. Just want people to know
