Loved my experience! It was time to get a new vehicle and after much consideration, I wanted a Kia Soul. This was the first time purchasing a Kia and my first time at Thom It was time to get a new vehicle and after much consideration, I wanted a Kia Soul. This was the first time purchasing a Kia and my first time at Thomas Kia. John Roney was great! We all dread the "hours at a dealership" and the "stress of buying a new car" but the experience at Thomas Kia was the opposite of those feelings. I'm a pretty straight forward, to the point person and John was just the guy I needed to help me get exactly what I wanted/needed! Matt in finance was great too; speedy and on point. Dont use, crooks I baught brand new car from them only to find it was broken before I even left the lot. They didnt do anything because they were closing so they told I baught brand new car from them only to find it was broken before I even left the lot. They didnt do anything because they were closing so they told me to come next day. I came the next day and I'm just regular customer, like I didnt even buy the car from them. (This is the second car within 4 months). They fix the issue, takes then about a week. I go pick the "brand new" car (car had 745 miles when I baught it, they failed to tell me this till the very end of the contract) and the sales manager tried to talk to me about why I left a bad review. I told Neddie "u sold me a peice of **** car and now ur treating me like I've had this car for years and just coming in for service. He sayse, your reviews dont really matter, people are gonna come here anyway. This was the point where I realized 100% these people dont care at all about the customer. I felt it before but this was it, you cant get any worse then this, this mentality is horrible. Anyway I leave and the next day me and my fiance go to target. When we get back our "new car" is not locked and the driver door is just clicking. Making weird clicking noise. I cant lock or unlock the car. So I take it it, it takes me 2 days to take it in because I cant just stop my life because these guys sold me a damaged car. So I take it in, I have to go to enterpriss because they dont have a loaner. This is xxxxty process because I have 2 kids and this is the second time in 1 week I have to move them from car to car. They call me to pick up car on Saturday, again I cant just stop my life to drive 1 hr each way because younfinaly fixed the new broken car u sold me. I couldn't make it till Monday. I take the car back Monday and guess who called me on Tuesday. ENTERPRISE. Asking me to pay 2 days rental because the dealer didnt want to cover it. This is ultimately pathetic, time after time this dealership has shown their true colors. After making over 10k off me they cant even pay for rental that is their fault. I advise everyone to stay away from this place. I would go to Matteson or Orland park. I have purchased a new car from all 3 Kia dealership and approx 4 new cars from other dealerships. This dealership is by far the worst. They will RIP you off and take your money anyway possible while leing and smiling to your face. For your own sake, go elsewhere. More
