Oil change and tire installation. Customer service was excellent from all staff involved. The young men who took and picked me up from work were friendly and professional (Brandon Lon Customer service was excellent from all staff involved. Kim (Service department) and Tiffany (Payment center) were helpful and kind in handling the adjustment of my bill. However, it was after only after I got home, (was preoccupied with family matter) it appears the car was not washed. I was somewhat disappointed, but I feel if I had made mention of it before I left, the car would have been washed. I've dealt with Thomas Kia for six years and I value the employees and their expertise. More

Great hospitality, poor turnaround time Overall experience was not bad, it took over 2 hours for my service. I was the 3rd appointment of the day. I got an oil change, and tire rotation these are standard services that should be done in an hour or less. I was told total time would be an hour to 1.5 hours. The customer service and hospitality of the crew was great. This will impact my future appointment visits. I could go to a service center closer to my home and spent less time waiting. More
