Saved me money!!! I've been using Thomas Kia for service every since I purchase my new Optima from them in November 2011. I went in for a routine oil & filter change I've been using Thomas Kia for service every since I purchase my new Optima from them in November 2011. I went in for a routine oil & filter change and tire rotation. I also agreed to replace a cabin air filter and engine air filter (that were past due). Once the mechanic started doing the complimentary inspection, he noticed one of my brake calipers were seizing. I expected to have to pay for a new brake caliper, but they were able to clean it up saving me over $300!!! I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in and out (including a wash a vacuum). That's why I've been going back to them for the past 7 years. I'm a very satisfied customer!! More

After buying the car too many things were broken or began breaking! Spent more on repair. Left seat belt was slashed! Surprised Kia would sell a car with a seat belt safety issue without checking it. The breaks were bad, the back part near my bumper was coming off, my visors broke off, both mirrors on the outside stopped working! II wonder what else will break! I will never buy another car from Kia! More
