Oil change that was longer than ever. It’s really frustrating when a company has you wait 2.5 hours for an oil change when you had an appointment. Apparently they did not have a filter for It’s really frustrating when a company has you wait 2.5 hours for an oil change when you had an appointment. Apparently they did not have a filter for my appointment (which they knew was coming up and knew my car) so I had to wait. No communication until I asked what the hold up was after 2 hours. Never should have to sit for 2+ hours for an oil change. I didn’t even get my car washed with that because I needed to leave. More
