Lack of Communication Every experience up to this one has been a 5-Star rating! This time I dealt w/Kim who ordered a replacement tire for my vehicle and NEVER advised me Every experience up to this one has been a 5-Star rating! This time I dealt w/Kim who ordered a replacement tire for my vehicle and NEVER advised me there would be a cost associated to replace it! Her explanation was to falsify the fact my tires were 2 year old. When I corrected her she then stated - "the tires have over 31000 miles!" Really! Not making the customer aware of cost associated with their vehicle is somehow ok by attempting to lie when confronted with her lack of communication? I was quite disappointed with the shenanigan. However, to the rescue was Neddie (the Service Manager) who quickly fixed the problem and another 5-Star rating was given. More
