Lack of Communication Every experience up to this one has been a 5-Star rating! This time I dealt w/Kim who ordered a replacement tire for my vehicle and NEVER advised me Every experience up to this one has been a 5-Star rating! This time I dealt w/Kim who ordered a replacement tire for my vehicle and NEVER advised me there would be a cost associated to replace it! Her explanation was to falsify the fact my tires were 2 year old. When I corrected her she then stated - "the tires have over 31000 miles!" Really! Not making the customer aware of cost associated with their vehicle is somehow ok by attempting to lie when confronted with her lack of communication? I was quite disappointed with the shenanigan. However, to the rescue was Neddie (the Service Manager) who quickly fixed the problem and another 5-Star rating was given. More

Car still not fixed and no one will do anything to help The third time my car has not started Kia has no fix can't get anyone to help me resolve this. Plus I'm out a cab fare to airport and rental car to drive around while my car was in the shop. Straight up was asked why was your car towed here again. I will never buy a Kia again nor will my family and most of my close friends. No one wants to help or talk to me about this issue with the car. Consumer affairs blows me off like I don't exist. I really don't understand how Kia is still in business when you don't live up to your end of a contract. More
