Poor maintenance service I have a case opened pertaining to my hatch back. My car was left there for a couple of days so maintenance could try and duplicate the issue. They we I have a case opened pertaining to my hatch back. My car was left there for a couple of days so maintenance could try and duplicate the issue. They were not able to but did repair some other issues. My car was returned with the outside cleaned like new but there was dirty dust covering the inside. I had to go back in and request that it be cleaned. Sam the sales person took care of it but in so many words made sure that I understood that I was not welcomed. This type of behavior is considered bullying facts, and this is going to far. More

I initially started with Neddie and I was so pleased with the time and attention that I received from him; that I continued coming to Highland, IN even after moving to OakLawn, IL. Richard Obac was my advisor during this visit and he has continued the tradition of great service and professionalism. Neddie also said hello when he saw me in the waiting room. The location is always clean and there's always hot popcorn and cookies. More

All about Making a Sale Regardless I went for an Oil Change & came home with a new used car. I was shown a 2019 used Kia Sorento & told that it was a big upgrade from my 2016 Kia Sorent I went for an Oil Change & came home with a new used car. I was shown a 2019 used Kia Sorento & told that it was a big upgrade from my 2016 Kia Sorento. Well the Big Upgrade Doesn't have a CD player, it Doesn't have Sirius XM, it Doesn't have Heated Seats and it Doesn't have a Lug Wrench for changing Tires. It does have a bad Windshield Wiper Arm on the Drivers side. You would think this wouldn't be a problem since the car is new. The Windshield Wiper Arm goes off the Windshield when in use. I know the car was Sold As Is, but you would thing that it would have all the things its supposed to have. I work 12 hour days, I don't have time to keep running back & forth to the Dealership for every little thing. I had major issues dealing with Sirius XM staff. The people there kept saying that the car must have a Sirius XM Radio ID, because they have a contract with Kia. I don't have a problem buying As Is, however I think you should say whats Not There, especially given that your telling me how much of an Upgrade it is from my 2016 that had Sirius XM and Heated Seats! I really like the car, its just missing stuff that I thought should be there since it was sold as an Upgrade! My 2016 had a lot more stuff than this 2019. I'm certainly not going to go pay extra for it. I already had to pay extra to get Sirius XM installed! Someone should have reached out to me & let me know about the Contract changes. My rate is listed on my Contract that I signed as 7.36 but what I now have is 7.56 and 2 extra months have been added to the length of my Contract. That is NOT what's on the Contract I signed. I've been a loyal Kia customer since 2010 and happy with every new car until now. I guess the bottom line is: it's all about Making a Sale No Matter What it Takes. More
