Sam was very knowledgeable about the owners of the dealership and if the Kia brand. My boyfriend son may be purchasing a car soon and if he chooses Kia, this will be the location of his purchase. I would recommend you friends and family. The last new car purchase I made was a terrible experience. Sam made sure that didn't happen again. It wasn't a Kia dealer!!! More

I obviously wanted a fair deal, meaning that I wasn’t going into it wanting to be taken advantage of nor did I want to try and take advantage of a deal just for a “great price.” The entire experience is and was more important to me since we’ll be returning to the dealership for vehicle service. Thomas Lugo was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy. He helped us to find what we liked instead of just wanting to sell us a car and that is why we chose to buy from Thomas Kia. The service department representatives are just as helpful and professional. They all had the basic knowledge to get the job done and work as a team. What made everyone stand out is the way they treat people. You can’t train people to be genuine and caring and to like people; it’s a desirable soft skill that is seen less and less these days and I would highly recommend Thomas Kia to anyone looking for a fun and easy experience with buying and/or servicing a vehicle. Our experience at Thomas Kia Dealership on Saturday, 3/23 We were 'car shopping' on Saturday, with the intent to visit a few dealerships. Upon entering this dealership, we were greeted by several very pleasa We were 'car shopping' on Saturday, with the intent to visit a few dealerships. Upon entering this dealership, we were greeted by several very pleasant personnel. Itxel approached us very quickly, sat us down and was extremely pleasant. She asked us very pertinent questions about what we were looking for. During our time there, we drove a couple of vehicles, one of which they, very willingly, removed from the showroom, for us to test drive!! Without looking at any other dealerships, we purchased a Niro KIA!!!!! The finance individual, Billy, was awesome also. He answered our questions and completed the process quickly. I would highly recommend Thomas KIA to anyone looking for a new vehicle. These two individuals were fantastic....you might ask for them!!!! More
