An OK Experience My car was dropped off over night. I was called the next day almost by closing time to be told that the mechanic heard nothing wrong with the car. Service Manager contacted me expressed his apologies and that he was going to ride with the mechanic to get it figured out. My biggest concern wasn’t that it took an extra two days to fix my car but my service rep’s overall demeanor. I never heard “I’m sorry”. When she called her tone clearly showcased annoyance as though she was inconvenienced that I could not answer the phone because I was at work. I don’t complain much and Rich and Service Manager have always been great but this experience could have been totally rectified by having someone who was a little more considerate for inconveniencing a customer. More
