Bad news good news I drove in to Thomas with an engine protection issue, it was mid afternoon and the chances were slim of getting looked at. I went in and talked to the service guys, they had me hang out in the waiting room and shortly after that they gave me the bad news I needed some major work. They hooked me up with a ride and I was on my way. When the vehicle was done I picked it up and so far everything is going great! We will not use the other Kia dealer anymore, Thomas is out of our way but has totally earned our respect and our business. Great job Ghomas Kia! More

In and out I went in on Friday for an oil change. Rich got me right in even though I didn't have an appt.
