Terrible experience made better I was car shopping and did not even have KIA brand in mind. I happened to be at the Ford dealer across the street and my husband wanted to stop at KIA I was car shopping and did not even have KIA brand in mind. I happened to be at the Ford dealer across the street and my husband wanted to stop at KIA and look around. I did not find anything that caught my eye until Jose pulled up a 16 white Sorento. Fell in love with it when i test drove it. Took it home, showed the family and brought it back. I told them i will be back with my parents that same day to finalize the deal. We came back and another sales associate SOLD the car i was coming back for. So i was NOT happy at all. They gave me a silver one that was kind of similar but did not have all the features on it as the white one did. Well, the silver one had ALOT of issues wrong with it so i became even more angry and disappointed with this situation. Jose was not available nor knew about anything that was going on with the car, so Mohammed stepped in and i can say, he is BY FAR the best salesmen i have ever met. No matter what the situation was he always kept a smile on his face and made sure i was taken care of. Tom (the GM) on the other hand, if i could give him a 1 star by himself i deff would. He knew the headache i was going through and when i spoke to him on the phone i did not get an apology, NOTHING! When i called to complain, he told me he would call me back in 5min and he LEFT FOR THE DAY! Til this day im still technically waiting for his call back. But guess who handled it, Mohammed did! Needless to say, Mohammed was able to get me out of that 16 Sorento and into a BRAND NEW 2019 Optima in the WHITE color that I originally wanted! Thank you Mohammed! I also would like to add that NEDDIE in service is a very nice and professional man! He gave me a courtesy free oil change for all of my inconvenience! Thank you as well Neddie!! More

Unexpected purchase I came in to buy tires for my Optima.. with no thoughts of purchasing a car.. a customer had a Genesis and I’ve always wanted one(eventually not Satur I came in to buy tires for my Optima.. with no thoughts of purchasing a car.. a customer had a Genesis and I’ve always wanted one(eventually not Saturday) but totally forgot about how nice they were. Service said we have one here. Test drive it while we look up ur tires. Test drive it and fell in love! The finance went fast not 6 and 7 hours like other places! Car was washed everything moved to the new vehicle.. even my sunglasses! Lol.. now it have BIGGS.. that the name of the car! Thank you all.. More

Fine experience with recall service I bought my car at this dealership and return for warranty service. In this case the car was subject to a recall. The service advisor drove my car into the service bay personally, answered my questions, and had me on my way in less time than promised. They even offered to wash the car (I declined, it was raining). Had I known that Briggete Bardot worked here, I would have sought her out 😁 More
