Great Experience Last Saturday, I purchased my 7th Kia, and had my first experience at Thomas. Being a single father, my time is very limited, my 5 year old had a birt Last Saturday, I purchased my 7th Kia, and had my first experience at Thomas. Being a single father, my time is very limited, my 5 year old had a birthday party to get to, and we only had about an hour until we had to get on the road. I was very upfront and transparent with what I was looking for, and Sam jumped all over it right away and made sure it was a quick and simple process. They had exactly what I was looking for and made sure the application process went quick and smooth. We left for the birthday party and they made sure everything would be 100% ready to go as soon as we left the party. We returned to the dealership to pick up the new Sorento and it literally only took us about 20 minutes, with the majority of that time moving stuff over from my old Sportage. Both Sam and Chris did an outstanding job and provided top notch service. I will definitely be back More

Extremely helpful Kim was so extremely helpful. I was having issues with my vehicle for 6 months and took it to multiple dealerships with no help until I finally got it Kim was so extremely helpful. The mechanics did their job and now I finally have my car back after being without it for 6 months due to other dealerships mistakes! Call center appointments I called the call center to make my service appointment which was for a Saturday and the rep gave me a 7:00am appointment. THE SERVICE CENTER DIDN’T O I called the call center to make my service appointment which was for a Saturday and the rep gave me a 7:00am appointment. THE SERVICE CENTER DIDN’T OPEN UNTIL 8!!! I say for an hour waiting. I called the call center while I was waiting and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I’d have to wait for the service department to open. Once they did open, they didn’t even gave an appointment for me. Thomas was wonderful and got me in and out and apologized but the call center needs a lot of improvement. More
