We are sorry the seats don't come out like you needed. Sam felt bad that he wasn't aware of the process of how they come out better I'm glad you were able to do it with a video but if you need them back in for a trip please stop in there will not be any type charge. Sam felt so bad he wanted to take care of the bill because he felt he should have done a better job even though we would never have charged him, we understand mistakes happen, we are all human. Sam tried handling this himself so this is the first we are hearing the frustration in you voice. My manager Tom will be in tomorrow, can you call him tomorrow 219.934.2266 I will text him a head of time but you've been a great customer I'm sure he can help in someway! Call him....again we are very sorry.

Thank you for responding so graciously. It WAS a mistake by Sam. He was a very kind and good salesman who just made a mistake on a feature of the van...a feature I found out that started a few years back on the Sedona, not just in 2019. Nevertheless, it was a small mistake by him with a huge, disappointing consequence for me. I REALLY dreamed of getting a stow and go seating new van, but decided I could make myself remove the seats and stick with the Kia Sedona model which I have loved...but instead I got a new Sedona van with seats that require me asking my husband to get out his socket set and wrenches. just so disappointing, and then compounded with a simple response of “so sorry. We will remove the seat for you”...and then telling me I had to pay for it! I will contact Tom. Thank you. Update: 8/9/19. I did try calling Tom. Left my number. Never heard back. Did talk on 8/6/19 with Chris McArtney Sales Manager and he said he would investigate and get back to me. That was a week ago. Still no response from anyone.
