Regret my purchase This was the 4th (and last) new car purchase at a Thomas Dealership. I had a 2010 Kia Sedona and needed a new van as the last one had 220k miles (I lo This was the 4th (and last) new car purchase at a Thomas Dealership. I had a 2010 Kia Sedona and needed a new van as the last one had 220k miles (I love my old one!). I went in to look at the new models based off their web site listing of available new vans. I did like the one Sedona advertised and was interested and I REPEATEDLY asked if the 2nd row seats came out because it looked different to me (I frequently travel with dogs and need the space for crates). The salesman told me yes yes and yes. This was a must for me and a total deal breaker had they not come out. I ended up purchasing the new van but had to haggle a lot because the website price was NOT the price offered because it had EVERY discount applied to it...for instance a military discount and a college student discount (serious? Who is in both?). It was late and closing, so salesman told me i could come back and they would show me how to remove the seats and I could get my paperwork for titlework etc. WELL, 5 days later when I returned, I come to find out the seats did NOT come out. Only with wrenches and tools!! I was furious and now am stuck with a van I do not want. The dealership did NOTHING to help make me happy other than say so sorry and offer to remove the seat. I later made an appt to remove the one seat and after waiting 1.5 hours, they got to my car and then told me it would be 165 dollars. WTH??!! I left. I got a call later that I could make another appt and they (or rather the salesman) would pay the fee. The dealership should support their staff even if a mistake and eat the fee!! The DEALERSHIP should be trying to make me a happy customer...not just the salesman. My husband removed the seat in 22 minutes after watching a YouTube video. thanks anyway Thomas Kia. Purchasing a new car is something I look forward to after I have put all the miles I can on my previous car. But this experience and this car is so disappointing. I’ll stick it out for a few years until I can trade it in and afford a new one..one I REALLY want...like with removable seats! But it won’t be at a Thomas dealership. I’m sure they never want to see me again anyway. More

Kia Soul check engine saga 2020 Had an appointment for a check engine light and then had an oil change , the check engine light was on again. Kim opened a case with kia and i had to Had an appointment for a check engine light and then had an oil change , the check engine light was on again. Kim opened a case with kia and i had to bring the car back. Had to rent a car at my expense and then they had to order the part so i have to come back again. Kim was nice but i feel the rest of the service area is disorganized. Nettie was great when I dealt with him and Kim. Iam currently frustrated with kia and will probablly not purchase another kia. Great Customer Service My 2015 Kia Forte broke down about a month ago while I was on the expressway. I had my car towed to Kia and they diagnosed that I needed a new engine My 2015 Kia Forte broke down about a month ago while I was on the expressway. I had my car towed to Kia and they diagnosed that I needed a new engine which was fully covered under the warranty. While my engine was being ordered and my car was being worked on I was consistently being kept up to date on the status of my vehicle by Kim. Kim had excellent customer service skills and was extremely reliable/helpful throughout this whole process which made things a lot easier for me as a customer. More
