Janelle was outstanding! ! The car we inquired about ahead of time was waiting for us to test drive ! The safety features we wanted were verified and gone over before our test ! I was without my vehicle for most of the day and the problem was not solved. They said there was a recall that might be the cause of the problem but they did not have the key to fix it. They knew the issue prior to my appointment and should not have wasted my day. The person checking me in was great. Everything went south from there. From nonresponse to inquiries to damaging my interior. Their excuse was being understaffed. The poor service goes far beyond that. I would not recommend this dealership. More
