Pleasantly surprising! In planning our car shopping, we hadn't planned on visiting Kia at all, but after seeing a few used Kia's at other dealerships, we decided to take a s In planning our car shopping, we hadn't planned on visiting Kia at all, but after seeing a few used Kia's at other dealerships, we decided to take a stroll through the Kia lot and see what they had. After looking at just a few cars, Jose came out and greeted us. He was really friendly and helpful. Once he showed us the Telluride we were hooked! After putting a down payment, we had to wait for ours to be delivered. However, the day we put the down payment, he provided us with the offer on our trade-in as well as what incentives we qualified for and had a "ball park" on what our payments would look like. Jose promised to keep us updated on our Telluride's progress and he texted me a few days later to let me know it was delivered and texted me a few pictures of the car itself. Upon pick up, Jose gave me a very thorough introduction to the inside of the truck and all of its amazing features. He really covered everything I needed and offered that I could contact him at anytime with questions. Matt in finance was also really helpful and knowledgeable as was everyone we came into contact with! We were really pleasantly surprised at what an enjoyable car buying experience we had at Thomas Kia and we are looking forward to seeing them for our vehicle maintenance! We left there with an amazing truck at a great price with some really awesome warranties! More
