Now, now, be sure the truth is told. We wouldn’t want someone to step into Thomas Kia with a false sense of comfort. My friends did get a new vehicle but not from your dealership, they are driving a Hyundai. They were very upset with the way things were handled and had to have their insurance company handle everything because Thomas Kia continued to make things impossible. Their insurance company sued your insurance company! I wouldn’t call that being happy about the way things went. Glad for them that things worked out despite Thomas Kia. Buyers beware, this is what you are stepping into.
