Took my Telluride to get serviced for multiple things at once. After telling the service representative about the extra tire protection that was purchased as well as electrical. They first failed to properl once. After telling the service representative about the extra tire protection that was purchased as well as electrical. They first failed to properly quote me for what was actually needed and then gave me a hard time with replacing what needed to be replaced through protection agreements. In the end, both my tire and electrical components were dealt with properly. Thank you. More
