This is my second time buying a car from Thomas Subaru my first time buying a car back in 2018 Jamie Kline helped me through the entire process and was very caring and helpful the entire time. I had been in a head on collision and my crosstrek saved my life. When deciding on what car I would be able to get again I automatically knew that I wanted to get another Subaru especially from Thomas. When we arrived at Thomas Jamie had been out doing a commercial for Thomas and Bailey had came out too help us he was very professional and very helpful and generous when we told him what had happened he was very nice about the whole situation we told him we were hoping to see Jamie because he helped me with choosing my first Subaru Bailey helped us and let us test drive the two Subarus we were looking at until Jamie had came back and then Jamie had helped us with the ret of the process I’m forever grateful for the way Thomas Subaru has helped me with find the right vehicle and has always been professional and generous about it and sending out emails for any-type of maintenance or updates.
