No problem, Amanda took me into the showroom and looked over the inventory of their sister lot in Bedford PA and we found a truck almost identical to the one I had wanted there.Slightly more expensive but fully loaded where the other one was not. They had it sent down the next morning so I could try it out and I purchased it later that day. It was a wonderful effortless experience and Thomas stands behind their vehicles 100% More

I must admit I was a little nervous about going out on my own to purchasse a car (usually my husband makes those decisions), but as soon as I got to the lot Perry greeted me the way you would greet an old fr own to purchasse a car (usually my husband makes those decisions), but as soon as I got to the lot Perry greeted me the way you would greet an old friend into your home. The car I was interested in happend to be at another location & Perry, knowing it was my day off, had the car on the lot as promised at 4 pm that day for me to test drive. Unfortuantely, Perry was not there when I came back for the test drive, but Jonathan & Chris stepped right in & helped me in anyway they could. Again, I felt like I was in the company of old friends. I felt absolutely no pressure by anyone to make any purchases or decisions that day. The entire transaction went smoothly. Everybody went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure I was 110% satisfied.
