My wife and I settled on possible going with a Hyundai Sonata. The dealership did not have what opinions we wanted on the vehicle. Mr. Giffin spent extra time looking for the vehicle we wanted at other dealerships. Mr. Giffin later found the perfect vehicle for us. Mr. Giffin spent the extra time making us satisfied. True to his word, he called back in about 5 minutes, sent me pictures of the car, and said he'd have it ready the next day. He was amazingly professional and courteous. Bob was great to work with! My wife and I bought our 2005 Nissan Pathfinder about a month ago. The ad said "you'll feel like you won the lottery.." I do. I can't get enough of my suv.
