The trade-in value offered on our old car was fair. Brett Files went through the necessary paper work efficiently & with transparency. I found the truck I wanted online but I live almost two hours away. My correspondence was done via email with Michael. He was very helpful and even was even willing to quote an "out the door" price by email, but I was still skeptical due to past experiences. All went well on my visit to the dealership. Amanda was super through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and extremely cordial. After a few minutes my wife and I felt like we were dealing with friends. In short, Amanda delivered on the price I was quoted and I I left the dealership knowing I got a great deal from honest people without any hassle. Upon arrival we sought out Johnathan Loughrie, and working with him was a very friendly & pleasant experience. He was even helpful after we bought the car, as we wanted to order a touch-up paint applicator. He was helpful & patient showing us features on the car, and especially how to use the blue tooth with our cell phone...otherwise we would never have figured it out on our own. Lastly we dealt with Brett Files on the paperwork side. He was very efficient & obviously knew his job well. Overall: it was a very good car buying experience. It's been a month since I purchased my used Subaru Legacy from Thomas and I'm so happy with my new car! Roman and the other staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Once I went to Thomas, the whole experience was hassle-free, which was a huge relief after several weeks of stressful car shopping on my own. Purchasing my Legacy was easy, convenient, and comfortable; I had no question that I was in the right place buying the right car for me. Safety was my number one concern, and since purchasing my Legacy we have had several snow storms....the Subaru AWD handles amazingly in snow, rain, or dry conditions. Several weeks ago, I even came across a patch of black ice, and was able to come to a complete stop safely and quickly without hitting anything. I feel certain that in vehicles I have previously owned, that same situation would have resulted in a totaled car and possibly serious injury. I don't plan on owning anything but Subaru in the future, and when it's time to buy another, I will be back at Thomas! More

Roman, and the entire staff at Thomas were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire car buying process. They worked very hard to find us a vehicle we liked for the payments we comfortable with, and were able to find us a very good rate on financing, with a local credit union. (Which was very important to us.) Without a doubt when we purchase our next vehicle, Roman and the folks at Thomas will be our first stop. More

I went to Thomas Subaru because my daughter has one and she is very pleased with it. I wanted to get a nice vehicle since I am thinking this will be my last vehicle purchase at our age. We love this model and my husband says it is the nicest car we have ever had. It gives him plenty of leg room and comfort as a passenger and also when he drives. We were greeted by Roman Spriggs when we asked for him, as friends of ours deal with him. Roman was a perfect salesman and gentlemen. He was able to answer any questions we had and determined to find what I wanted even down to the color which I had seen online. He found it close by, and was able to have it to your dealership in Cumberland within a few hours and on the road for us. Roman is truly a customer service person and shows interest in a persons needs. I would truthfully be able to say I would send anyone to him who is interested in buying a vehicle. Everything about the sale went smoothly down to the very end as we met with Seth Loar who took care of our warranty part of the transaction. Seth was also very helpful and went through all of that part of the paper work. I would recommend Thomas and the employees there as being high on the list of dependable people to deal with. I don't recall any name of the man who brought my work order to me and had the car ready after putting my automatic start on but he too was very friendly and told me about the start button for it. I wouldn't be without it especially being in Frostburg and our cold nasty weather at times. It has been great so far too. I would rate your whole business as being number one in everything and would not hesitate sending anyone there and hope Thomas has many more years in Cumberland, Maryland. More
