Our sales rep, Mike Stotler, took his time to thoroughly explain the vehicle features and was most patient as we had our 8 year old granddaughter in tow with us at the time we purchase my wife's Crosstrek. Mike kept me posted on the delivery of my new Outback. Roman Spriggs was also very helpful in locating the exact vehicle that I was looking for and Jessica Szabo was very professional in completing all of the paperwork.
