Service department is much more professional than other dealers in the area. Even the “Hello and How are you? Is there anything else wrong with the vehicle?”, that goes a long way. Employees here don’t act dealers in the area. Even the “Hello and How are you? Is there anything else wrong with the vehicle?”, that goes a long way. Employees here don’t act confused when customers show up at the service bay and it is amazing. The service at this dealer shows there’s a little more care than just selling the cars. I haven’t had a bad experience here just yet. They seem to have a better handle on operating their department. I rather wait 2 hours for folks that act right than 2 hours at a different dealer. Thanks for becoming a more trustworthy service department. I’ve even picked up parts here before, quick and painless. More
