To be completely honest I was actually very impressed this last time the service advisor Jennifer flanna that you have there now was great and it’s not her fault but I still don’t understand why and oil this last time the service advisor Jennifer flanna that you have there now was great and it’s not her fault but I still don’t understand why and oil change with an appointment takes longer than an hour but you guys have made big improvements first time I’ve actually been impressed in quite a few years More

About a year ago I had an unpleasant experience with this Dealership. However, this visit was much better. The shuttle drivers are always nice & helpful. And, Paul, my service advisor communicated regularly Dealership. However, this visit was much better. The shuttle drivers are always nice & helpful. And, Paul, my service advisor communicated regularly with me re: the status of my vehicle & the work that was needed. They even washed my van (which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated). My only concern was the lack of available loaner/rental vehicles. More
