Service is great but I RARELY 1/20 receive my free car wash when I make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. The staff was courteous and efficient with my oil change. The only issue I had was I asked not to have my car washed because I had a paper plate on the back of my car. On Thursday 03-10-22 I brought my van in for service. I bought 4 new tires and had Joel Dykstra do a wheel alignment. On Saturday 03-12-22 at approx. 01;00 PM I had a blowout to my right front tire. I c I bought 4 new tires and had Joel Dykstra do a wheel alignment. On Saturday 03-12-22 at approx. 01;00 PM I had a blowout to my right front tire. I called Thomas Dodge and talked to the cashier and had her transfer me to the service dept. only to get a recording. I called a tow truck and called Thomas back 4 more times without getting anyone from the service dept. The cashier was very concerned for me and said she would take my phone number over to the service dept herself and hand it to someone. I had the tow truck take me to Discount Tire since I couldn't talk to anyone at Thomas Dodge. They looked at my tire and said it should be replaced. They gave me a loaner tire and told me to bring it back after the dealer serviced my car. On Monday I called Thomas Dodge again and no one answered from the service dept. I arrived at Thomas and talked to Jennifer. They inspected my tire and said it could be patched. I learned my lessen "Don't buy tires at the dealer." George Davidson More
