Extremely happy customer! I was having a difficult time getting an appointment with other dealership locations. Thomas Dodge was also having problems with their phone syst I was having a difficult time getting an appointment with other dealership locations. Thomas Dodge was also having problems with their phone system and scheduling department but I eventually got connected to someone who explained the problems and suggested that I schedule online. That was the greatest idea…I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the very next day. Upon arrival, Paul listened to my concerns, explained several possible options and then asked if I had or needed a ride because it was going to take some time to assess my vehicle. I inquired about a loaner car and after checking, Paul confirmed that a “rental” vehicle was available…I was in luck! The process was quick and easy, and then I was on my way. Paul contacted me a couple hours later indicating more time was needed. The next update, he confirmed that Dodge agreed to replace my transmission…A NEW TRANSMISSION!! After two weeks, my vehicle was ready, and Paul kept me updated along the way. I returned the “rental” vehicle, paid my deductible and was on my way again just as easy as before. Paul was professional and pleasant, he ensured all my questions were addressed, and encouraged me to return again for future services. My vehicle rides great! I’m extremely satisfied with the service and labor. Thomas Dodge will be the only dealership I go to for mechanical services and possibly to purchase my next vehicle.
