I recently purchased a new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan - spent a lot of time trying to negotiate the deal, and truthfully would have walked out if we hadn't really wanted that van. Then I took it in for "express" change about 1 o'clock on a Wednesday and was told the wait would be about 1 1/2 hours. I brought it back later that afternoon and still had to wait an hour. Not "express" in my book. 3 months later we were looking for a Dodge Avenger. Made appointment to look at a used 2011. Kyle was very nice, but could not negotiate a price. Tony would not deal. So I left. Purchased a new 1012 Avenger from another dealer two days later for $2,000 more out the door than Thomas' asking price for the used car. That deal was made in a friendly environment with no pressure, unlike Thomas More

I saw a vehicle on line that I was very interested in so I made a online appointment. I was e-mailed back saying they looked forword to helping me and was given a date and a time to come in. The day of the appointment I went in and nobody knew anything about this truck. The vehicle was found to be in their shop. They asked if I could come back the next day. So,I came back the next day it was still in the shop. They called me again to come and see the vehicle and scheduled an appointment time for me. I came in at my scheduled time and once again the vehicle is no where to be found. They then found the truck to be across town at a detailer. My wife and are driven to the detailer shop to see the truck being washed. We then return to the dealership to sit and wait for two hours before I able to drive the vehicle. I drive it, I like it, I want to buy it. They start showing me prices that were just crazy. The price was marked up more than $2,000 than price advertise and they forgot to subtract my trade in. . My wife and I were there for over five hours. We finally buy the vehicle I take the protective paper off the driver seat and find burn holes all over the seat, and there is hardly enough gas in the tank to drive it off of the lot. They did put a quarter of tank of gas in for us. It was not a good day. I already have an appoinment to take my truck back because the alignment is off and the cruise control dose not work. I do understand that I am buying a used vehicle and do not expect it too be perfect. I just felt like nobody knew what was going on and so much time was wasted. It was like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. More

Malcom was the first guy i worked with a few months earlier. He recognized me and came over to say hi, very appreciated. I decided not to buy the car that day which was a this past sat. I made some calls and spoke to a few other people at other dealers. I decided to make the purchase from this dealer since I had spent so much time with the salesmen and wasnt fair they didnt get the sale. I called the finance guy who never answered his phone. Left 2 messages (one within minutes of their opening) to finalize the paperwork and call me to set up a time I could come finish it up. Unshockingly, he never bothered to return my call. Its amazing I guess they werent making enough off the 34,000 sticker priced vehicle I was going to purchase to want my business. More
Frank and Nick stayed open passed hours so that I could shop for a new car. The following day they had the car I liked cleaned up and ready for me to check out in the daylight. I bought this car at the Kia dealership that is affiliated with Thomas Dodge but they send me to dodge to have all my maintenance work done. The service guys are real nice but i honestly think they affiliated with Thomas Dodge but they send me to dodge to have all my maintenance work done. The service guys are real nice but i honestly think they need to actually hire technicians that are qualified to work on vehicles. I have had my car in there 4 different times for my front suspension and not only do they not fix the problem but something else ends up breaking after i get the car back.For instance, I had my car in there for the sway bar and a rack and pinion seal and when the technician put my car back together he screwed up my drive shaft somehow and tried giving me the car back broken. That idiot didnt take it for a test drive to see if the original problem was corrected or else he would have seen that the car wasnt fixed. I could have been hurt if i didnt notice that something was wrong. The last time i took my car in there they kept it for a month straight and had to rebuild the whole rear differential, fix the sway bar for the 5th time now and fix a power steering leak. they first tried making me pay for a rental car for that whole month cause one of my parts was on "national backorder" or so they say, and then when i went in there to complain about this, there service manager acted like i was demanding too much and made it seem like it was my fault i was there in the first place and then when he gave me a rental, he expected me to say thank you to him. He pushed me to come up there and complain since they were treating me so unfairly. That place is a joke for a dealership and my salesman looked at me as only a dollar sign and not an actually person that needed a quality car. Thanks to their ignorance and stupidity, i am trading the car in and taking my business somewhere else just to cut ties with them. I would never go back to that dealership if it was my last resort. I would rather walk everywhere then buy another vehicle from them and deal with their technicians again. More

It was a great surprise to leave there with a new car and under the price I wanted to spend. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. I would recommend Thomas Dodge to anyone looking for car! More
