I went with my parents to Thomas Dodge where they where buying a new mini van I started talking to Abe. and he told me about how the salesmen where no longer on commission so I dont have to do that hagglin buying a new mini van I started talking to Abe. and he told me about how the salesmen where no longer on commission so I dont have to do that haggling anymore (every dealer should do that) and he also pointed out how all prices were clearly posted on the vehicle with all the rebates and discounts man I was really impressed with that. So while Abe was busy with my parents I took a stroll out in the lot to look at trucks a xxxx sitting right in the middle row there she was my truck with the price and all the rebates posted clearly and may i add at a very very good price came back the next day took it for a ride and bought it. then was directed to Tim Kroll for final paperwork what a pleasure talking to Tim,he explaned every detail from oil changes to financing looked over payment options ect. will definitely be buying my next truck from Thomas Dodge More
I went into several dealers looking for pricing on a new car and was determinded not to buy the first one that I looked at. Several thing were important ,pricing of course in stock, options that I wanted, c car and was determinded not to buy the first one that I looked at. Several thing were important ,pricing of course in stock, options that I wanted, color, and a sales person that was not there to just sell a car, but would take time to listen to what I wanted. Not to push this weeks special out the door. I went to 5 different dealers, not all Dodge. Not one of them had what I wanted or were willing to take the the time to show me an option. Here's what it is or else. Not good enought I said. Thank goodness I wasn't going to take their so called deal. I wanted what I wanted. Then I went to Thomas Dodge in Highland. I was just a few blocks away at another dealership. I met Shannon and starting telling her what I wanted, she listened and said let me see what I can find. About 10 minutes later she pulled a new Dodge Jouney up to the front door. I looked at all the options and it had more than I expected , but did include the ones that I wanted. And get this it was less money than any other dealer that I had been at before. She was very knowledgeable on the vehical, had all the answers to my questions. Took the Journey for a test drive. Sold. Not just on the Journey, but the dealership, and of course Shannon Franzen. Thank you for giving me the chance to tell everyone about this Very Professional Sales Person and Dealership More

We decided to visit Thomas Dodge in Highland after doing internet research on available used and new vehicles. At the time, we were unsure of whether it would be a used or new purchase. And, we didn't kno internet research on available used and new vehicles. At the time, we were unsure of whether it would be a used or new purchase. And, we didn't know if we would have a similar experience to what we had in 2000 or not when we purchased a used van. The answer to these questions are: YES, we bought a NEW van because we liked the price and felt that the new, one low price promotion was EXTREMELY BETTER than the first experience we had with Thomad Dodge. NO, we did not experience the same as we had in 2000 - with the bell ringing, the announcement over the PA system when a new purchase had been made, and the back-and-forthing between the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager.....and we LOVED the newer process SO MUCH MORE! Also too, we went to the dealership with a pre-approved check-in-hand at a 4.39% interest rate auto loan option. The Finance department asked if we would consider financing with them if a lower interest rate could be had. We said, "sure!" and about 15 minutes later, we were approved for a lower interest rate of 3.99% and were thrilled, because the last time we financed through Thomas it was at a rate of 21%!!! Needless to say, our experience this time in December of 2012 was UNLIKE the experience in 2000 and we are THANKFUL for that. It was a pleasure and we were happy with our treatment and the follow up phone calls. More
Hi. my name is STAN STEWART. On 8/28/12 this dealership put a power steering hose on my 2005 SRT-10 RAM TRUCK. The hose failed again it (WAS NOT) the dealerships fault. I asked if I could take it to any dodge dealership because I live in Chicago IL and they said yes that any dealership would honor the Mopar part and labor. I than contacted SOUTH CHICAGO DODGE DEALERSHIP and asked the same. They agreed they would. It became a problem from the start with these guys. On the other hand THOMAS DODGE EMPLOYEE'S WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a problem that they had nothing to do with. EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND MORE THAN HELPFUL. As I stated I live in CHICAGO and if I have another problem I'll (PUSH MY TRUCK) to THOMAS DODGE. I would RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone. I don't think that I'll by another dodge truck because I'M MORE THAN SATISFIED with my SRT-10:-) But my wife likes the dodge challenger:-) More
