I bought a new, 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan in February of 2013. Since then, I have had one problem after another. First, they call me a week later to tell me that the vehicle I bought may have hail damage. I 2013. Since then, I have had one problem after another. First, they call me a week later to tell me that the vehicle I bought may have hail damage. I closely inspected my vehicle, and it in fact did have a lot of small hail damage. They said that they would repair it free of charge, but then they kept putting it off. I had to call multiple times to finally get an appointment to repair the hail damage. In the mean time, I noticed that my brakes would squeak very loudly at times. When I finally got to bring my car in for the hail damage, I told them about the brakes. They said that they would fix those as well. They kept my car for a day or two, and when I got it back, the hail damage was fixed, but my car smelled terrible (new car smell gone) and the brakes still squeaked. Eventually, they did take my car back in again for the squeaking brakes, but they said that there was nothing wrong with them. They said only that they needed to be seated and driven. I was very frustrated by this time, so I spoke with Tony Turco, who said that there really wasn't anything that they could do. He said that they weren't even obligated to disclose hail damage and acted like they were doing me some big favor in fixing the vehicle. He also said that the brakes were always going to squeak like that because of the type of brakes they are! I just brought my van back in for a third time to have the brakes looked at because I just can't live with the squeaking. I had a ten year old car before this that did not make noise like that! Brian Gain, the service manager, did help and replace my brakes. I hope that this is the end of the issue. He was the only person there that seemed interested in helping me. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this dealership. More

Talked to George Hylek over the phone concerning a SUV I was interested in and he was more than willing to answer all my questions. Went for 1st oil change on 7/5/2013 thru the express lane, & when I went to p.u., I noticed the invoice had the wrong mileage, so I told her th & she said she'll tell the person in shop to correct it & lane, & when I went to p.u., I noticed the invoice had the wrong mileage, so I told her th & she said she'll tell the person in shop to correct it & that I'll be met at the vehicle. I waited for over 10 mins. & went back in to see what the hang-up was & after going into shop she had the wrong still. I asked her who's responsible for the error & she implied that it wasn't her. I also aked her to edit the invoice so that the right mileage will be computer for the next time, & that wasn't done either. After 3 tries, she almost did it wrong again as we were next to the car! Even though she apologized, I believe that of all the dealerships I've dealt with in the over 40 yrs. of contact with a service dept., you rate at 1+ out of 5,with 5 being *****s. This was, by far, the best experience I've had purchasing a new car at a dealership. Cheryl was very helpful and provided me with a vehicle exactly as promised. Also, I had a problem with my trade because of a title issue, and Thomas went along with me in resolving the problem. Really great customer service here. Also, even though I had my financing pre-approved, Thomas got me an even better interest rate than I already had. I mean waaay better. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful, but at Thomas, they do everything to make your car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I purchased a gorgeous Grand Cherokee - True Blue. A very nice young man, George Hylek was my sales person. I'm adding his name to my review, because he's not listed with the other Thomas employees. George was very personable and attentive. You just could not ask for a better sales experience. I'm telling all my family and friends to give Thomas a look for their next car purchase. More
