This dealership has very good prices for 2013 Jeeps and we did shop around. The sales consultant that we worked with was very friendly, honest, and patient. I went to Thomas to purchase a new business vechicle. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Kendall who proceeded to assist us in the purchase. We browsed the inventory of new Dodge Caravans online and choose one. We then took a test drive and decided to purchase the vechicle. We were also trading in a vechicle, so my husband went out with Tony with that vechicle. Tony was very accomodating and worked with us to find common ground on our trade and also was able to find an additional incentive since we were trading in a competitors car. At that point, it did take a VERY LONG time of sitting around and waiting to get the final paperwork and financing together. This was something that I think could of been done in a more organized and streamlined manner. At the very least, it would of been nice to have more updates and information on what exactly we were waiting for and an estimate of the time it would take. After the paperwork was finished, it took about another 30 minutes for them to get the plates off the old car, the dealer plates on the new van and to find the extra set of keys. It appeared that the salesman and others involved were not probably trained and did not have access to the proper tools to perform these tasks and something that should of been routine took much too long. Overall, the experience was good, and I would recommend the dealership to others. I think many of the issues we did have were probably due to lack of experience and training since many of the associates were very new to the position and due to the fact that we were there on a Saturday which is probably a very busy day. Doing an extensive internet search, Tom's had the best value for our budget, and we bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot and are absolutely thrilled with it. If/when it's time to buy a car, I am definitely going to Tom's first. More

My wife and I planned on starting our search for a new truck with her car lease coming to an end February 2014. Unfortunately, the truck we had come to see had been sold two days earlier. We told Glen what we were looking for and he showed us the truck we ended up buying. He answered all of our questions during and after the test drive Glen then introduced to Sales Manager Tony in order to answer some of my wife's questions and concerns with the lease that we would end up trading in, making us feel very confident in our decisions to go ahead with our purchase now instead of ten months from now. Tony then proceeded to get Nick involved due to the fact that I do work for a local police department to get us the best deal possible. All three of the employees did a wonderful job and we love our new truck. We have been highly recommending them to all our friends and my wife tells all her customers that are looking for cars to go and see them at Thomas in Highland. We enjoyed the experience there and will be back in the future. More
