Express Lane Experience Have been with Thomas Dodge for about 25 years. Have purchase 8+ Cars & Trucks from them. They have been GREAT until April 9th 2014. I went in the Express Lane for a simple OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION. All I got to say that they don't work work for NASCAR because I got there around 8:50am and got out around 12:30pm. Can't believe it took that long for the EXPRESS LANE. I understand there were orther in front of me but having to wait a little over 3-1/2 hours is a out of the question. I am sorry to say but on my experience I give them a Grade of F for failure. I just hope they can figure out there problems and get them fixed. I feel if they don't & other customers are getting the same treatment they might start losing some customers. More

John Zale was well a go getter !!!! He knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in was exceptional.The whole experience was Awesome , even my wife agreed we got right car and right salesperson. Coming in to the dealership, I knew I wanted a Dodge Charger. John Zale made my first new car buying experience a great one. He didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. My husband called Cheryl and set up a day to come to look at the Terrain. When we got there, it was dirty both on the inside and outside. There was trash on the floor of the back seat. Both Cheryl and Nick stated they had just gotten the Terrain in on trade, However, my husband and I found the vehicle on carguru.com almost a week prior to going to see it. Cheryl is very unorganized. When we were initially filling out paperwork, she did not take us back to her office. She then had to keep going back for papers she forgot. It seemed like she really did not know what she was doing. My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles prior to this most recent vehicle. The entire process has never taken this long at a dealership. It took over two hours from start to finish. We witnessed at least five other people walk in, buy a vehicle, and leave with their new vehicle in the time we were there. Part of that time was the dealership detailing the Terrain. However, the detail job was very poor at best. I detailed the Terrain myself once I got it home. This is not something I should have had to do to a new car. We actually left and went to lunch while they finished everything up. We met with the financing guy, I can't remember his name, when we came back. That part took no time at all. He was very nice, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He also was very knowledgeable. Everyone there is extremely nice and polite. The only reason I would not go back is because of the total lack of organization. I am also very upset that my new car did not come with an owner's manual. I have a warranty to keep up with, but no owner's manual. It's very frustrating. There was also only one key. While I know that's not necessarily the dealership's fault, it just adds to my frustration. I think the dealership should have ordered an owner's manual for me. I don't think I should have to buy that myself. It would have also been nice if they would have offered to order a key. The price we paid for the Terrain was good though. I feel we should have been given a full tank of gas or something to compensate for the length of time the entire process took. More
