He worked with Capital One and got us the best rate - after I checked with our Credit Union, Tim took it on himself to verify with Capital One and offered to beat the rate we were given at the Credit Union. Everyone helped make this an easy transition with a great price for the vehicle by giving us available discounts and working with us on an acceptable trade in amount.
