He worked with Capital One and got us the best rate - after I checked with our Credit Union, Tim took it on himself to verify with Capital One and offered to beat the rate we were given at the Credit Union. Everyone helped make this an easy transition with a great price for the vehicle by giving us available discounts and working with us on an acceptable trade in amount. Express Lane Experience Have been with Thomas Dodge for about 25 years. Have purchase 8+ Cars & Trucks from them. They have been GREAT until April 9th 2014. I went in the Exp Have been with Thomas Dodge for about 25 years. Have purchase 8+ Cars & Trucks from them. They have been GREAT until April 9th 2014. I went in the Express Lane for a simple OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION. All I got to say that they don't work work for NASCAR because I got there around 8:50am and got out around 12:30pm. Can't believe it took that long for the EXPRESS LANE. I understand there were orther in front of me but having to wait a little over 3-1/2 hours is a out of the question. I am sorry to say but on my experience I give them a Grade of F for failure. I just hope they can figure out there problems and get them fixed. I feel if they don't & other customers are getting the same treatment they might start losing some customers. More
