over charged took jeep wrangler in for service (check Engine light on) things started to happen roped of jeep night before received call from Dealer problems start took jeep wrangler in for service (check Engine light on) things started to happen roped of jeep night before received call from Dealer problems started first thy said i it lost the brakes (had them do repairs) then they said fuel pump was bad this they said would turn off the check engine light ( need to do to get license plates) when i went to pick up jeep part of the rear inter wheel well was not reconnected and had to go back mechanic claimed he never worked on that side?? had them reinstall missing plastic rivet asked what happen to old parts and said they were thrown out went home unhappy went to emissions and passed Was happy two days latter check engine light came back on !! called mutable times before getting an service adviser to answer phone took jeep back they said it needed a another part (they did give me a free oil change) went home mad again went to different dealer BoBBs auto group in cider lake (good dealer) they checked it and found crossed air lines and corrected the issue have tried to call and unable to get an answer on this issue after spending over $1000.00 dollars at Thomas Dodge were i bought this jeep will never go back again May try to go back and personally talk to some one tried to contact by internet but the only want to cell you a car More

The first time I took my car in everything was fine. The second time I was told that they were too busy so I would have to schedule an appointment. I scheduled one in an open time slot, but when I took it in it took them an hour and a half to do the change. I kept going up to the customer service rep and kept getting the answer that it's almost done. First time I did this was 25 min into the oil change. Now I am here for my 3rd change for an appointment that I scheduled for noon. I showed up 15 min early. It is now 1230 and I am staring at my car through the window with nothing being done to it. Since i have been driving i have never had to sit and wait this long to get an oil change. Especially not twice in a row. I guess appointment times and customer satisfaction aren't important to the people who work in this department. Update: This took over an hour. More

I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted at Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep And decided to go check out the establishment and vehicle. My experience at Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Highland was better than my previous experiences with other dealerships. Faye was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, she was really interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with purchase price of the car. That was a huge impact on my decision to purchase the vehicle from there. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not over the Blue Book Value, and that They were still willing to do some slight negotiating, spoke volumes to me. I am very happy with my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle in great condition in and out (2010 Chevy Camaro RS) and not many miles at all. I am very happy with my purchase price as well. I can honestly say, without reservation I will return years from now when it time for me to purchase another vehicle. The salesman was excellent, financing department issue I wrote a review last week when I purchased the vehicle, the salesman Joe Heisler is top notch and when I am in need of another vehicle will go to him I wrote a review last week when I purchased the vehicle, the salesman Joe Heisler is top notch and when I am in need of another vehicle will go to him. I found some scratches on my vehicle and he took care of them right away. I traded in a vehicle which was to be paid off from Thomas Auto and thought all was good. Then there was a payment of $625 taken out of my bank account from the lien holder of the vehicle I traded in 11 days after I purchased my new vehicle. Problem is I shouldn't have a payment on a car I traded in nor did the finance person ask me at the time of trade in when my next payment was or if it is auto pay. These are thing I believe the fiance person should ask the buyer when they trade in a vehicle that they owe on. After stopping in and trying to explain my situation that I am now out $625 things became a bit heated. I felt that Thomas Dodge should have cut a check for that amount so I could put it in my bank account , but I was told no its not their fault. I believe it is their fault and they should have compensated me, if the lien holder of the vehicle they took on trade in would have sent me a check at a later time I would have given it to them. So at this time I am out $625 on a vehicle that I do not own and will have to wait to see if and when I will get it back. I recommend that Thomas Dodge teach their finance officers to explain to each customer if they are traded in a vehicle and there is a lien on it that they will themselves need to contact the lien holder so they are not deducted a payment on a vehicle they don't own anymore. I would also like to apologize to the staff and any customer for getting loud and saying a few choice words but when you are out $625 dollars and are not getting help I think you'd be a bit angry.
