Driving from Indy to Highland to make my purchase from Thomas Dodge of Highland, IN was really GREAT!!! The entire staff were friendly, patient and displayed teamwork! My husband called Cheryl and set up a day to come to look at the Terrain. When we got there, it was dirty both on the inside and outside. There was trash on the floor of the back seat. Both Cheryl and Nick stated they had just gotten the Terrain in on trade, However, my husband and I found the vehicle on carguru.com almost a week prior to going to see it. Cheryl is very unorganized. When we were initially filling out paperwork, she did not take us back to her office. She then had to keep going back for papers she forgot. It seemed like she really did not know what she was doing. My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles prior to this most recent vehicle. The entire process has never taken this long at a dealership. It took over two hours from start to finish. We witnessed at least five other people walk in, buy a vehicle, and leave with their new vehicle in the time we were there. Part of that time was the dealership detailing the Terrain. However, the detail job was very poor at best. I detailed the Terrain myself once I got it home. This is not something I should have had to do to a new car. We actually left and went to lunch while they finished everything up. We met with the financing guy, I can't remember his name, when we came back. That part took no time at all. He was very nice, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He also was very knowledgeable. Everyone there is extremely nice and polite. The only reason I would not go back is because of the total lack of organization. I am also very upset that my new car did not come with an owner's manual. I have a warranty to keep up with, but no owner's manual. It's very frustrating. There was also only one key. While I know that's not necessarily the dealership's fault, it just adds to my frustration. I think the dealership should have ordered an owner's manual for me. I don't think I should have to buy that myself. It would have also been nice if they would have offered to order a key. The price we paid for the Terrain was good though. I feel we should have been given a full tank of gas or something to compensate for the length of time the entire process took. More

I bought a 2012 ram 1500 2wd in October 2014 and the people I dealt with were very generous informative displayed the truck beautifully showed me how the numbers work on trading my vehicle in lots of s people I dealt with were very generous informative displayed the truck beautifully showed me how the numbers work on trading my vehicle in lots of smiles just overall great people. In February 2014 in a bad winter storm I realized I made a mistake in buying a 2wd, I seen on their website they had a 2008 f150 4x4 I went there and the truck looked great very clean and the people I dealt with worked with me as much as possible on making the numbers work on buying that f150 and it turned out great very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people I dealt with to anybody who is looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you Tom Witt More

From the time that I found the store via the internet and found the vehicle that I was looking for at a price that was hard to beat by the competition, all the way into and beyond the sales transaction, I wa found the vehicle that I was looking for at a price that was hard to beat by the competition, all the way into and beyond the sales transaction, I was impressed and very much satisfied with the manner in which I was treated as a customer and also in how business was dealt. The dealership personnel that I interacted with were very professional, helpful, and considerate of my situation and it was refreshing to come to a dealership that did not try to 'pressure or sales-pitch' as soon as you walk through the door. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle I chose, thankful that the dealer made the process much more painless than expected, and I would recommend doing business with this dealer to anyone in the market looking for their next vehicle. We went to look at used and new vans. George met us at the door and was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for in a new or used car and that we were really interested in the Town and Country the door and was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for in a new or used car and that we were really interested in the Town and Country Van. We asked him about the pricing and was surprised to learn that he does not make commission off of the pricing of the car/van. He offered to get a van out so that we could drive it which we took him up on. I drove the van and was very pleased with the handling and the room of the van. There was a Town and Country Touring Van in the showroom which I really liked. George gave us the price and we told him what monthly payment we were looking for. He also had his supervisor look at our car that we were trading in. George stayed with us through the whole process of purchasing our new Town and County Touring Van (the one on the showroom floor). We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More
