This is the first time we've ever purchased a vehicle with the "One Pricing" program, and it worked out extremely well. We didn't have a trade-in and the process was completed very quickly. Faye Giles, our salesperson, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and she really knew her stuff when it came to the vehicle selection. There were some mistakes made on the price by one of the store mangers. Obi was more apologetic for the mistake than the manger and the mistake was fixed quickly. He was very polite, personable, great with our kids and is a trustworthy salesman. While we were finishing the paper work, Obi had our trade ready and our new van ready for the road. They didn't do the no haggle the first time around and it was "just an ok" experience. Obi our sales guy was awesome. I walked in the door and within 20 min was test driving the vehicle I came to look at. Shopped around at multiple other dealerships (both jeep and other), can honestly say these guys were the friendliest and best to work with. Will continue to by my Jeeps from Thomas!! More
