I'm a server with little proof of my income so I ended having to go with a used 2015. Only had 6,000 miles on it and I couldn't be happier. The whole entire process only took about 3 hours. From the moment I pulled in the lot, picking a car, the paperwork and getting approved. Scott Stempf was phenomenal. You could tell he was passionate about helping me find the right vehicle under my off circumstances. Scott was efficient in his work and got the job done. I recommend him to anyone. I am very pleased with this dealership and Scott. Thanks to Scott I now have my dream car, fully loaded at just the right price! Also a huge thank you to Tim, my finance guy, for making it happen. Damsel in distress So last night I get in car (it's 29 degrees) and my low tire pressure indicator is on, telling me to reset it to 33 psi. ( it's on 22 and I no clue wh So last night I get in car (it's 29 degrees) and my low tire pressure indicator is on, telling me to reset it to 33 psi. ( it's on 22 and I no clue what that means) I'm heading to the gas station so I decide to check it out when I get there. I get out my Jeep and notice my tire is indeed low and has a huge nail in it. Now normally I wouldn't have reacted like a damsel in distress but my tires are filled with nitrogen so I wasn't sure if I could put air in them. Sooooooo I called Faye (who sold me the car, it's like 7:40 p.m.) she answers and I tell her my problem. She puts me on hold and makes a few calls to help me out. In the meantime I called this mechanic I know who told me that I'd be fine driving about 50 miles away. :-/. While I'm heading towards my destination, Faye calls back and is like "Nesha, I heard back from Jamie. He said that's REAL low and put some air in it and bring it in tomorrow morning." We discuss what time they open and I tell her that I'll be there at 7:30 a.m. I get to the dealership today and tell the service guy (who just so happened to be Jamie) what the problem was. He was like "you talked to Faye last night right?" ( Things like his make me smile because it immediately became personal and not strictly business). Well they took care of me. Had Faye not answered that call my New Year's Eve would've been ruined. Service after the sale is essential and she's available EVERYTIME I have an issue. She saved this damsel from distress. Love her to pieces. Thanks again Faye. More
