What a Great Experience I was looking for a 4 wheel drive Jeep Renegade but had a budget I had to stay in, I was paying cash and Carolyn the internet manager was really helpf I was looking for a 4 wheel drive Jeep Renegade but had a budget I had to stay in, I was paying cash and Carolyn the internet manager was really helpful in finding what I needed. I went to the dealership and she set me up with Basia Boyd. She was wonderful to work with. We found a Renegade they had within my price range bit it was not 4 wheel drive just front wheel drive. She found another Renegade that was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but I took it for a test drive anyway. I loved it and I I was very impressed with he test drive, it was not just around some neighborhood streets but on main streets and even on the expressway so I could really see what the jeep could do and how it would handle. We went back and ran the numbers and even after my trade it was a still more than I could do. Basic did not give up, and I do not mean high pressure sales treatment, she looked in their inventory and found a used vehicle that was all wheel drive and way below my budget, not only that but while we were on our test drive the price of the car was lowered $1,000 and we did not even know it. Buying a car at Thomas was honestly one of the easiest and best experiences I have ever had in buying a car. I have found a dealership and sales person for all my car needs and my family and friends!
