These 5 star reviews are BS. Look at the real reviews on FB. My review is already on their facebook page but, in a nutshell here is some of the problems. 1. Customer service is a joke to them. They will ignore you, make you wait, wait on "more" important customers, extend service times even though you had appointment for over a week. 2. Half clean the vehicles when detailing them. Leave massive amounts of dirt inside and outside the cars. 3. Do not file their paperwork to banks properly or on time. Which leaves you paying extra for per diem charges and possibly even another car payment on your trade until they finally send in the paperwork. 4. They say they give you full amount for trade and no negotiations on deals. BS they first said the most they could do on trade was 6k by the end it was 8k. They will not negotiate on their vehicles though. They ask top dollar prices and they want it. I will say that they did try to get me in the vehicle for what I wanted, but I believe my experience in car sells is the only reason. I am happy with my jeep although I have to detail it myself, remove the smoke stains from the headliner, vacuum the vehicle to remove all the cigerette ashes, and install hitch and wiring myself. All this to say the vehicles are not so much the problem as is the staff. The staff from service to finance do not want to do their job. Or at the minimum they just want to collect money first and help the customer last. Really do research and buy from someone that will actually be honored to get your business! More

Buying a Car Emmanuelo was the sales man I had to by my very first brand new car 2.5 years ago. I took my car in for service for oil change and while waiting I fel Emmanuelo was the sales man I had to by my very first brand new car 2.5 years ago. I took my car in for service for oil change and while waiting I fell in love with another car. So we asked for Emmanuelo and he showed us the car and I walked out with another new car! He always ask me when I come in for servicing on my car if I still like my car and if everything is ok with it. He is friendly and cares about his customers! I will only go to Emmanuel! More

Misleading and untrustworthy I live in the area and have been looking into purchasing a Ford Raptor, I drove past the dealership on my way to work and saw one for sale on the fron I live in the area and have been looking into purchasing a Ford Raptor, I drove past the dealership on my way to work and saw one for sale on the front row so I went online and requested some info on the truck. I was contacted promptly by Cheryl and set up a time to stop in for a test drive, Cheryl was very kind and helpful telling me about the truck and presented me with a car fax on the history of the vehicle. Steve the sales manager came out and pulled the truck around for me to test drive while he took my truck to inspect for a trade in value. As I was walking to the Raptor Steve came up to me and said "that truck is extremely clean" and that's where things went south, I started walking around the truck and inspecting the condition of the body I immediately noticed the tailgate had been painted and the repair was far from good. You could see where it had been sanded and painted and there was paint drips that had dried in the body line of the truck, I also could clearly see paint overspray on the wires just below the tailgate indicating the tailgate had not been removed but painted on the truck. Then a saw a deep gouge about 3" long by 1" wide on the passenger door that had just been painted over but you could clearly see the scrap went down to medal. Not exactly what I would call extremely clean! Now I felt like Steve was trying to hype me up and miss lead me. I had a close friend that is a ASC certified master mechanic meet me at the dealership and took a ride in the truck after we returned to the dealership he immediately noticed and pretty good coolant leak coming from the radiator he couldn't accurately determine the source of the leak so this concerned me as well.another note is the truck had very little usable tread left on the tires. I went inside and talked numbers with Steve, the asking price was $29,000 and he would not budge a dime off the asking price dispite the problems with the truck nor would he have the coolent leak looked at by the service department more closely to determine the problem. I feel this place is untrustworthy because he hyped up the condition of the vehicle and was only willing to sell the truck at top dollar to me when it clearly had a serious coolant leak that might have been expensive to repair. If a person came that was less knowledgeable about cars they would have overpaid and potentially screwed as the truck was selling with no warranty. A 2010 Ford Raptor with 63,000+ miles for $29,000 would need to be in pristine condition to demand that price!...shady business practices for a such a prominent dealership is unacceptable in my opinion, I would expect that from a small used car lot but a big dealership should know better. The only reason I gave two stars is because Cheryl was professional, kind and helpful. More

Thru the process I knew I wanted to buy a vehicle from her, even though I didn't see quite what I needed. Fortunately a few weeks later my car was there and so was Faye.
