Typical dealership My husband spotted the vehicle that I ended up purchasing when he was at dealer for service on our Town and Country. He pulled me in to show me. At the time there was a sticker on the window listing the vehicle at $27,500 (or around that price) but definitely not over $28. I really liked the vehicle and thought the price was great. When I went back a week later, the window sticker was off the car. When asked about the price, I was told $31 (something). Far cry from $27. I was told by sales person that the leather seats and moon roof were not included in the window sticker price. Husband says this is BS that the sticker price should have included everything on the car. So I feel like I was taken a little. Also, I have a great credit rating yet finance put me in a plan paying 5.99%. This when dealers all over are offering much lower rates and in some cases zero financing. These are two reasons why I would not recommend Thomas. Not to mention I had to wait at least an hour just to get into financing. More

I will never come back for service or otherwise when Bosak is much friendlier and quicker. More
