Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 11/5/19. This was my second visit to the service department to keep my 17 Jeep GC SRT in compliance with the lifetime warranty I purchased with the vehicle. W This was my second visit to the service department to keep my 17 Jeep GC SRT in compliance with the lifetime warranty I purchased with the vehicle. When I received my Jeep back I noticed the rims were scuffed up where the lug nuts go, showing the metal finish behind the paint on my factory rims. Also one of my brembo brake calipers was smacked rubbing off some if the clear coat protective layer on it. I brought this to the service writers attention and was told he would notify the service manager (who was not there at the time) of the incident. I have called and left several messages with Brian, and Frank the general manager trying to resolve this issue and have not heard from anyone.
