I test drove the vehicle, made my decision and began the paperwork. Robert was the salesman my fiancé and I dealt with and he explained everything we needed to know. The only complaint I have was the fact that the Jeep we purchased was missing the Torx set to remove the hardtop. I asked the dealership to throw that that in the deal seeing as I just purchased a 19,000 dollar Jeep, but was unsuccessful. The next day I went back to the dealership because one of my tires needed air, I inquired about the torx set again and this time they sold me the set for 40.00 dollars. Well, they did. Late that Tuesday afternoon, I called and spoke to Pat Kubacki in Parts who was able to secure the part I needed and promised to have it there the next morning, which it was. Jamie Teslow in Service ensured that the new fob was properly programed and had my car ready early on Wednesday afternoon. Both gentleman were patient and understanding of my need to get back home for the holiday. They exceeded my expectations and were so kind in the process. I don't know if it was personal or what but I had I had 3 encounters with this individual that made me feel it had to be personal. However I kept things professional. Long story short I was so upset that I spoke with Brian Gain who immediately offered solutions. When I came back the 3rd time I was greeted by Kelli Henderson who was an absolute professional. She went above and beyond to make my visit amazing! There was major work that was needed that was taken care of. Kelli even offered to discount me on work that would be needed if I received the work while they were working on the current issue.
