I was told by Chrysler that they had a shortage of Dodge Journey and that they wanted to know if I would trade my Dodge Journey in. It was not my plan to trade is in I was just checking out what they were talking about being able to get a good deal on a 2023, which I really don't know I did get a good deal on it or on my trade in. Well it's over and done. They promised me some things to satisfy me by purchasing the 2023 which they came through on.. So that's my experience with the sales and service department of Thomas Dodge.
