Terrible Customer Service - Avoid Thelen Audi! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Thelen Audi has been nothing short of a nightmare. They had my Audi Q7 for 5 months waiting If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Thelen Audi has been nothing short of a nightmare. They had my Audi Q7 for 5 months waiting on a part that they never seemed to prioritize. There were no efforts to expedite the part, no suggestions for alternatives, and worst of all, they never offered a loaner vehicle despite the unacceptable delay. Throughout this ordeal, the dealership failed to provide any updates on the status of my car. I was forced to chase them down for information, and not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I had to purchase a used car just to get to work because of their complete disregard for my situation. This level of incompetence and lack of customer care is absolutely unacceptable. I have had to have the car towed to an alternative repair shop to get te job done If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid Thelen Audi at all costs. They clearly don’t care about their customers or their vehicles. More

Took my Audi A6 here for service was told it would take 3 hours but it took them 7 days cost $300 more then estimate.
