Made multiple attempts to contact a sales associate for information about a Subaru. It took anywhere from 3-6 days and multiple calls to get a response, after which time certain "offers" we had discussed c information about a Subaru. Both salesmen and managers made it clear the Subarus "sell themselves" and their lack of customer service reflected that sentiment. I took my business elsewhere. More
Worst Tech service department I have ever been too I had them service my 2017 WRX for about a year. Took it to Fox Subaru. In which they told me the oil pan was dented. Took it in to the tech, and they I had them service my 2017 WRX for about a year. Took it to Fox Subaru. In which they told me the oil pan was dented. Took it in to the tech, and they proceed to say it happened from overly torquing the oil pan bolt. In which they had to do, but they denied it. Not to mention they lied to my face about using an impact to remove the oil pan bolt, which from the paint missing you can tell they did. They over torque the wheel lugs and stripped off the paint. Sales team may be fine but don't trust to service your vehicle. More

Subaru Advantage The last 3 years me and my wife have been looking at a Subaru (Forester, Outback), five days before Christmas I need a new car since my Malibu broke. The last 3 years me and my wife have been looking at a Subaru (Forester, Outback), five days before Christmas I need a new car since my Malibu broke. I was met by Patrick, told him my situation, did a brief overview of the two vehicles, no heavy sales pitch, let the cars do the selling. Patrick was great, he even started looking for my Forester (salesmanship, gut instinct) before I even committed to a Forester. You get a lot of a car for the price, safety options for the SUV was unmatched to other car dealers in my opinion. Thelen gave me a rental Forester until my Delivery which was Dec. 29th. The Forester fits my needs (form & function) drives smooth, the engine has some pep to it for a 4 cylinder engine. I will say this, Subaru thinks outside the box when designing cars (boxer engine, AWD, safety), when you mention you are looking at a Subaru to other car salespeople, I think they know you will not be back. Thelen Subaru sold me as a customer along with my wife, she will consider a Crosstek in a few years, we will be back at Thelen Subaru. More

Our salesperson Thomas was excellent as he answered our questions, wasn't pushy and helped lower a couple hurdles during a very busy week for us. The car preparation was superb and hey the bow on top was a classy touch. We also appreciated receiving the delivery instructions in the heated garage :) More

I was leaning towards the forester but liked the extra room the outback offered. Both were very nice. We selected the outback with added eyesight and a bike rack. Looking forward to our first of many road trips. More
