Lovin my new/used car! I was tossing around the idea of either buying another car or sinking more money in my old car. While venting online, my long time friend (who we lost I was tossing around the idea of either buying another car or sinking more money in my old car. While venting online, my long time friend (who we lost touch with 20 yrs ago) John Carlson. Said, let me see what I can do to help you. I was open to reviewing all options, I wasn't really confident in my credit rating due to not paying attention to it for many years. He took my info and within 30 minutes called me to tell me he had me approved. I was truly shocked. He then asked me to pull up the webpage and pick a few cars, he would run the info and see what he could do. This once again didn't take long. He let me know of the great deal I could get with a very low car payment. After my 2 hour drive to get to the dealership, the car was clean and ready for my test drive. I was sold! But in the back of my mind I was thinking, Ok here we go with the lengthy paperwork and negotiations. Nope, once again I was totally wrong! All of the paperwork was ready and I was offered two separate options. John Carlson and Steve Pyles had done their homework and made this a very stress free experience. (I once sat 8 hours in a dealership trying to get the payments to where I wanted them). I am very pleased with my whole experience. I never felt pressured at any time during this process. And I am very appreciative for the promptness and professionalism I received. More

Helpful low pressure dealer The staff was very helpful. My wife an I went in with 2 young children along. They made us quite comfortable and even helped entertain the children The staff was very helpful. My wife an I went in with 2 young children along. After test driving the car and getting their best offer, they allowed us to go to another dealer to test drive another car we were looking at with NO pressure whatsoever and an understanding that their offer stands if we came back. We called them from Lexington Park to tell them that we had decided to buy the car from them and they had the paperwork ready to go when we pulled in. 10 minutes later we drove off in our new car. The car did have mechanical problems that we noticed in the next 2 days, but they worked with us to get the problems fixed under their 30 day warranty. This was the best car buying experience of my life. More

I think they have an awesome team of guys working there that are respectful,kind and honest. I had shopped around at other places prior to going to the used car factory and I have no regrets with my purchase. I've had the car for about 6 months now and everything is working perfectly with no problems. Donny is an amazing sales associate, he's fun to be around and the process went by super fast. The Ultimate Driving Machine!!! Our (my wife & I) initial call/contact with John on Saturday morning was very "INVITING" to come and look at the vehicle that I inquired about because Our (my wife & I) initial call/contact with John on Saturday morning was very "INVITING" to come and look at the vehicle that I inquired about because it was still available. Then my 2.5 hours drive through the country side of Maryland was interesting. Once I arrived the disappointment was that I was in "REDSKINS" territory. This guy (JOHN) when we enter the business sitting at the first desk wearing a redskin jersey says: You must be Mr. Patterson. Again another win, for remembering my name. Without hesitation, he asked for my license, handed me the keys to the vehicle and told me to enjoy the 'test drive'. The vehicle was sitting in front of the business ready to be driven! Once we returned, again John was very cordial and friendly, we sat and conducted business. John partnered with Jody, we then partnered with Steve and the next thing I know we had purchase a new vehicle. No haggling, we met/agreed on the best offer, the entire process was seamless and definitely worth the drive and meeting new friends! I will definitely purchase from "THE USED CAR FACTORY" again.
