They don't stand behind their word I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I live almost 3 hours away from the dealership (which I explained to Sheila), but I saw a Ford Explor I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I live almost 3 hours away from the dealership (which I explained to Sheila), but I saw a Ford Explorer online that I very interested in as a work vehicle. I thought Sheila and George were very nice when I initially met them and they were very helpful up to the point where I paid for the vehicle. When I saw the truck and took it for a test drive, I thought it was solid, even though there were some cosmetic defects. When I got back to the dealership and turned the engine off and back on, I noticed a loud noise that I mentioned to George. He said it would be fixed along with any other issues that came up as a result of my post purchase inspection by my mechanic. This is where everything fell apart; as soon as I drove away in the truck, it was clear that they were done dealing with me. George sent floor mats that not the right shape and far too large for my vehicle; when I asked him about it, he said that he never told me he would send mats made for my vehicle. If he had told me they would not be mats made for my make and model, I would have told him not to bother. The list of things that needed repair to safely operate the vehicle is too long to list here, but cost over $1,500. George wouldn't return my calls and he conveniently does not work there anymore. Since Sheila has gotten involved over 2 weeks ago, nothing has changed. She keeps telling me that she needs to speak with the owner, who apparently doesn't care that a customer has had a terrible experience. I only assume this because 2 weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to respond to a major customer service issue. I had considered purchasing another vehicle that I saw on the showroom floor while I was there. I am extremely glad that I passed. I would not recommend this dealership and it has nothing to do with the truck; rather the total lack of customer service and responsiveness that I have received from the staff since they took my money. More

Totally satisfied I knew the car I wanted when I got to the dealership. James Brown helped me find the car and prepared it so I could test drive it. He was professional and helpful throughout the process. When it came time to buy the car Steve Pyles took over and took care of all the paperwork. He was professional and helpful. After a few days I had check engine and hybrid battery problems. Sheila Nimmerrichter had everything replaced and I had the car back after a day. She stood by her product and made sure I was satisfied. More

My recent experience Initially, I talked with Skip who was polite over the phone. When I decided to show up, Skip wasn't there and George helped. My finance and I test drove upwards of 15 cars and George was extremely patient with the assistance of Steve and researching warranty coverage etcetera. They were all great! Also, Sheila was very honest when I asked her different questions about the cars and warm in her communication, as well. Sheila and I talked about my upcoming wedding plans and current events. It was overall a great experience and would definitely recommend The Used Car Factory. In fact, my finance and I are planning on going back for a pick up truck in the upcoming months. Exceptional Service I made my first vehicle purchase at the Used Car Factory and it was an easy process. I looked at numerous cars at various dealerships and online, fina I made my first vehicle purchase at the Used Car Factory and it was an easy process. I looked at numerous cars at various dealerships and online, finally I came across this dealership. I was already impressed that they are a certified dealership through my banks car buying service. I called and set up an appointment to view some cars I saw online. Sheila greeted me in a friendly manner,even though I was a few minutes late. I had James as as salesman; he personally brought the cars I was interested in to the front of the building and allowed me to look without being pressured to buy. I came back a few days later with my dad and was able to browse freely. Once we were set on test driving we were promptly greeted by the staff inside and James once again assisted us. Steve handled the financial part of the deal. He was friendly and very informative about the documents we covered and about certain financing options. I had my own financing and we compared it to his to find the best percentage and terms for me. Before leaving, my vehicle was detailed and I was sent off with a full tank of gas. I am so happy I came across this dealership! They have quality cars and an even better staff! More
